My name is David Willden. I am the author of Creating You Inc and the developer of Creating You Planner.  

I want you to be who your soul yearns most to be.  Have the courage and be that person. Don't allow anyone to take that from you! It is never too late.

My Sweet Spot

My sweet spot is helping people to discover and create a future of real purpose for themselves.  I want them to become genuinely passionate about their sweet spot and to succeed.  There is no work more important than helping people reach their potential. I've found great joy in working with people from all walks of life to help them succeed and become important contributors and thought leaders in their fields. 

Career

In my career, I have experienced great success and unanticipated failure.    

I have worked as a top executive and as an executive consultant leading major transformations in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.  

When I led transformations, I found great joy in engaging everyone and tapping into their insights and experiences.  It has been reinforced time and time again in my life that when you are genuinely purpose-driven, care deeply about others, and build upon their strengths, breakthroughs, and miracles occur.  I always marveled at the results. 

The organizations, teams, and initiatives I led resulted in mission breakthroughs and billions in improvements. 

Disappointments

I have also experienced hurt and disappointments. Trials are often blessings in disguise. They help us to develop deep compassion for others and to become stronger emotionally and spiritually.

I have an M.S. from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. from Brigham Young University.
